To maintain this level of care and hygiene, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once a garment has left our studio.

We understand shopping for intimates online can feel uncertain. If you've used our size guide and your first pair isn’t quite the right size, we offer a one-time Right Fit courtesy discount on your next order. Just email us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email a quick photo and your order number to info@hendonheritage.com within 7 days, and we’ll make it right immediately.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order begins its journey to you and can no longer be changed or canceled.
