Return and Refund Policy

At Hendon Heritage, we take pride in crafting luxury, Made-in-America underwear with the highest standards of quality and care. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Please review our return and refund policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
For hygiene reasons, underwear that has been worn or tried cannot be returned.
2. Initiating a Return
To start the return process:
- Email us at info@hendonheritage with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible.
- Ship the items back to the address provided in the return authorization email.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and confirming their condition.
Refunds may be denied if returned items:
- Show signs of wear, washing, or damage.
- Are missing original tags or protective packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, or color, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@hendonheritage within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace or refund the item promptly.
6. Gift Returns
If you are returning an item received as a gift, please contact us with the order number or purchaser's name. Eligible returns will be refunded as store credit.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Worn, washed, or damaged underwear.
- Final sale items or promotional items.
- Gift cards.
