Hendon Heritage Return & Exchange Policy

At Hendon Heritage, your comfort, health, and confidence are at the heart of everything we do. Because our intimates are personal garments, each piece you receive is entirely your own — fresh, never tried on, and made just for you.

To maintain this level of care and hygiene, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once a garment has left our studio.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email a quick photo and your order number to info@hendonheritage.com within 7 days, and we’ll make it right immediately.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order begins its journey to you and can no longer be changed or canceled.
